Privacy policy

Petit Studio is an iPhone app for adult ballet study and keeping a personal class journal. This policy describes the version with a photo calendar and no outfit generation.

Your information stays on your device

Class dates, durations, teacher and studio names, personal notes and selected photos are stored locally in the app. Petit Studio does not upload this information to our servers or third-party AI services. This version has no account, advertising, analytics or tracking.

Photos and calendar thumbnails

The app uses Apple's system photo picker. Only images you choose are imported. Person cutout processing for calendar thumbnails happens on your device. If a person cannot be detected, a regular thumbnail is used. The original imported photo is retained.

Sharing

The app creates a share image only when you request it. You choose the destination using the iOS share sheet. A selected service may receive the image and handles it according to its own policy. Check the preview before sharing.

Deletion and backups

You can remove notes, photos and class records in the app. Previously collected outfit data is kept locally for compatibility and is not displayed in this version. Removing the app removes its local files. Device backups and any copies you share are managed by Apple or the destination you choose; deleting a record does not remove those copies.

Support email

If you email xiaofei.hong@outlook.com, Xiaofei Hong receives your email address and the information you send to help answer your request. Support correspondence is kept while needed to address the request and maintain a record of support. You can request deletion by email, subject to any necessary legal retention. Do not send sensitive photos or personal notes unless needed. Email providers process messages under their own policies.

This website

These pages have no analytics scripts, advertising or contact forms. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare Pages, may process connection information such as IP address and browser details to deliver and secure the website. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
